Norml was founded in 1970 by Keith Stroup, and he has been fighting for our

right to use cannabis legally ever since. For more than 55 years Norml has been helping people unjustly arrested for the use of cannabis. Norml has been working tirelessly to decriminalize cannabis on the federal level and to have cannabis taken off the schedule 1 controlled substance list. That day will be here sooner than later.
